This, driven by a 23.12% increase in the first eight months, contributes to a record-setting year for total export earnings of over USD 17.2 billion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Department of Cinnamon Development aims to boost export revenue further, targeting USD 300 million in 2026. This performance was part of a broader, strong recovery in the spices and essential oils sector, which grew by 4.6% to USD 286.7 million between January and August 2025.
