AIA Insurance, was the Platinum Sponsor of the inaugural EFC National Best Employer Awards 2025, a landmark national initiative organised by the Employers\u2019 Federation of Ceylon (EFC), to recognise organisations that exemplify excellence in people\u2011centred leadership and responsible employment practices in Sri Lanka.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
