The system features an advanced&nbsp;<strong>BSLBATT ESS-GRID C241<\/strong>&nbsp;setup with a capacity of&nbsp;<strong>125kW \/ 241kWh<\/strong>, seamlessly integrated with an existing&nbsp;<strong>100kW rooftop solar PV system<\/strong>. The facility is intelligently optimized for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Industrial Peak Shaving:<\/strong>&nbsp;Reducing energy demand charges during expensive night peak hours.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Grid-Failure Backup:<\/strong>&nbsp;Ensuring instant, automated backup power to eliminate production downtime with Uninterrupted Power Supply.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Renewable Maximization:<\/strong>&nbsp;Smoothing out the intermittent nature of rooftop solar assets to preserve machinery lifespans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/morning.lk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/07\/Image-3-8-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-22310\" style=\"width:378px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThis installation proves that local manufacturing can achieve both energy independence and cost optimization while directly protecting national grid stability, and allowing industries to compete in local and international markets for their products without subjecting to rising Electricity and Fuel prices\u201d<\/em>&nbsp;said by Eng.
